Can I edit information about my event once it is submitted?

Yes, you can edit an event you've already published. To do this, log in to your account, find event you want to edit in the list of 'all events;, then click on 'edit' link. Once edited, don't forget to save changes and check them on event page.

How far in advance I can publish my event?

You can publish an event as far in advance as you wish.

The button ‘register for event’ is not working - what's wrong?

The most common reason for this issue is adding 'book now link' on event page in wrong format. To make this button work, the link you add should always start with http://

However, if 'book now link' has correct format and the button 'register for event’ is still not working, please report this issue to us.

How to reset my password?

There options are;

  1. You can change your password on your account page. Please log in to your account, go to profile tab and scroll to account management section where you can set up a new password.
  2. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password by clicking a corresponding link while logging in.  

Can I delete my profile on MedicsEvents?

If you want to delete your account, please do get in touch with us and will help you with that.

How do I add an event to MedicsEvents?

You will need to create an account on MedicsEvents before you can add an event. Registration is free. Once registered, go to events tab and click 'add new', then follow instructions.

What are MedicsEvents fees?

We are currently updating payment policy. Meanwhile the website services remain free, please check back for updates in the nearest future.

Can I have discounts if managing many events?

We've incorporated discounts in our pricing schedule and this offers huge savings for those wishing to add multiple events.
