This half-day course aims to develop participants’ understanding of current thinking on learning in the workplace and focuses directly on the nature and distinctive characteristics of the clinical learning environment. Drawing on relevant theoretical perspectives on situated and active learning, it will ask participants to reflect on their own experiences as learners and/or trainers.
