Women’s healthcare has been one of the aspects of care most impacted by the COVID pandemic with gynaecology waiting times being one of the longest for all specialties.
Much of the care needed to support women’s health problems can be offered in out-of-hospital settings, with opportunities for prevention and early intervention.
