So pick a start date to suit – you can still join the cohort and benefit from our great education!This Foundations of Managing Asthma Short Course is accredited by the University of Hertfordshire and is taught at Level 5/Diploma level.This course is aimed at health care professionals and health care support workers who participate in the delivery and management of care for people with asthma, their families and carers.Successful students will demonstrate appropriate skills and knowledge in the diagnosis, treatment and management of asthma and using current clinical guidelines will be able to suggest, initiate and vary treatment in response to assessment of individual clinical needs.Students of the asthma course will be able to tailor their learning to suit their clinical situation. Assessment will incorporate the key issues in asthma management and will enable students to understand asthma in relation to their patient population.Our courses are removed from the website at least two days before the start date, so that students have all necessary information for their studies when they begin.
