Burnout is common amongst oncologists, with between a third to half affected at any time. It is a syndrome related to chronic workplace stress and is characterized by emotional exhaustion, negative attitudes and dehumanisation. It often overlaps with conditions such as anxiety and depression.This webinar will discuss burnout and strategies to overcome it both on an individual and organisational basis.
