This course run by Neal Maskrey MSc FRCGP Professor of Evidence-informed decision making Keele University ADVOCATE Field Studies University of Amsterdam; a Horizon 2020 European Oral Health and Nick Price and will give an introduction to the AKT paper study designs and basic statistics clinical epidemiology application of evidence in practice mock exam with group exercises. This course will help you pin point areas for further study if needed.The course helps candidates successfully sit and pass the AKT Exam and to develop an understanding of the principles of Evidence Based practice and to develop the skills and apply them to everyday practice and to enhance life long learning. Delegates will sit a mock AKT exam which will be sent away for marking and the result will be available a week after the course.The venue is 5 minutes from Penrith Railway Station on the London to Glasgow west coast line.
