Accommodation & Venue

Accommodation is offered at St Anne’s college, located in close proximity to the Mathematical Institute. All bedrooms are single, en-suite accommodation. The registration fee includes accommodation on Fri 7th, Sat 8th December with dinner on the Friday night and breakfasts on Saturday and on Sunday morning served in the college dining hall.

The meeting takes place in the Mathematical Institute which is located on Woodstock Road just 2 mins walk from St Anne’s College. The Mathematical Institute opened in October 2013 and boasts a range of excellent lecture theatres and meeting rooms which will be used to support the teaching sessions during the weekend. Lunch will be provided on the Saturday 8th December.

There are frequent services to Oxford from many parts of the country should you choose to travel by coach or rail.
If you are travelling from Heathrow, there is a direct coach service available to Oxford.

The Gloucester Green coach station and the mainline railway station are 15-20 minute walk away from the Maths Institute and St Anne’s College.

We regret that neither St Anne’s College or The Mathematicals Institute can offer on-site parking. The public car parking available in the City Centre is limited and expensive, so if you choose to drive to the meeting we strongly recommend using the Pear Tree park and ride service.
